Okay so yesterday was one of those "pizza and beer" kind of days and when our friends invited us to tag along to "The Encanto" we jumped at the chance. We had not eaten there before and always up for a good place... especially one this close to home. We were met at the door and quickly seated. The decor, a little worn, was pretty typical for a local bar and grill. Karen, our server and the on-duty bar tender, quickly appeared and got our beverage orders, even custom making a rum - coconut - pineapple drink ala Texas Road House "Jamaican Cowboy" just for my wife. We ordered a large pizza, and with a coupon got a second one free. One all meat, one Hawaiian. We also ordered up two "10 wings", Buffalo style hotwings, one medium, one spicy hot and sweet. The food came up fairly quickly, and was spot on. Both pizzas were excellent, with generous toppings. The wings as good as any we've ever had. Drinks, food, and tip: $35 per couple.... All of us stuffed to the gills. We decided this was our new favorite pizza place in town. We will definitely be back. Great food, great service. Very happy to have been brought here.

Stopped by on our way out of Prescott for dinner. Had the special, lg pizza and wings. The wings were good, crispy and spicy. But just a few thin pieces of celery and carrot were given to us:( The pizza was ok, I only had a slice. It was cheesy and melty but the sauce was just tomatoe-y. Overall it filled us up and for less than $20 it was a perfect dinner.

So good!! The pizza, wings, and sandwichs are amazing! Especially the Philly Cheese Steak. It's all cheap and definitely worth the money. The service isn't the greatest right now, ( comes and goes ) their old employees were great, brittany, koda, and Janet, need to come back lol... or at least teach the new ones how to serve and be respectful! ( The owner and his family are very friendly and kind, very sweet people) And FYI to who ever it was complaining about what time 'Dine In' opens, it's a small family ran business °**husband and wife**° who opens the restaurant, cooks, delivers, and does EVERYTHING just him and his wife, until it gets busier to bring in a server at 2 ( DINE IN ) But this place really is great, hate to see people bashing it. If you like amazing food Encanto Grill is definitely worth a try!

Best Hot Wings in Prescott Valley. And at the right price. I believe the owners are the same as the Adam's Pizza and Wings that used to be on Windsong. Will be going back again soon.

Really bad. Ordered two burgers for carry out. $20 for two burgers and fries. Asked about onion rings. Was told they "don't make them every day", which makes sense as onion rings are certainly a high-end, work-intensive specialty item. But lo! I was lucky and rings were available... for an extra $2.99. No thanks. I always wonder why places ask how you want your food cooked, then completely ignore the order. We like our burgers rare and know that won't happen with carry out, but always ask for as "rare as they'll cook them". We only live 3 minutes away, so figure the transit time shouldn't hurt much and they should be palatable. These were horribly over-seasoned and about as well done as a burger shouldn't ever be. I was starved and ate less than half the burger. Fries which were ordered "well done... crispy" were also horribly over seasoned and floppy soggy. Ate about 5 of them. A shame, as we live right down the street. Won't go back. If a bar/restaurant/grill can't make a burger and fries, especially at a premium price, there's not much hope for anything else.

This place is a good quiet place to eat, their hot and sweet style wings keep me coming back and their burgers are pretty good to. They also have a bar where they will set you up right & if Mariah is working she is one of the better bar tenders out there.

I live right down the street so out of laziness I have have eaten here several times. I was never blown away by the food but from what I have tried, the food is decent. The bacon cheeseburger is actually pretty tasty. I also think their pizza is pretty good. The best is that you can get your own personal size pizza for pretty cheap. Other than that my girlfriend has tried the alfredo with chicken and said it was average at best. My experiences have been only from delivery/pick up. I've never actually eaten there. If you want some decent pizza or burgers and you live local, this place is great. But 't go out of your way for Encanto.

We were excited to see this new place occupy the old Calia's building just down the street from our house... we fancied we might have a new place within walking distance. After a super-bland dinner by all accounts, we're truly disappointed that it "ain't gonna happen". Items seemed fairly priced, the huge letdown was the nondescript food that we got. We love to try new pizza places to get a pie and a sandwich, to try and get a feel across multiple food items if the place is worthwhile. Unfortunately, there was zero flavor in either... the sandwich was truly equivalent to something I could make myself at home. The fries that came with it were seasoned, but the only way I could really tell that was by the orange color on top of them. In general they were greasy, limp, and bland. We also splurged on a plate of nachos for an appetizer... what arrived was a large plate stacked high with good-looking chips and toppings. As you may have guessed, the huge letdown was that nothing had any flavor except the sour cream. Our server was alright, we didn't have to get up and chase her down or anything, but we did note that it took awhile for drink refills, etc., even though the place was anything but busy. I'm guessing this place won't last all that long if they don't get their act together.

Why do I love this place....the Wings! Pasta is also very good! Gotta have a Cold Beer when eating Wings & my cup was ICE Cold:) I also orders some Fried Mushrooms & let me tell you.....WOW, I was in mushroom heaven! It was kinda busy when I was there & no complains on the service. My families drinks where always full & the food didn't take forever. Plus they have some big T.V's to watch the games....big PLUS! I will come here again next time I'm up in Prescott!

The service was horrible and the food was marginal at best. I think my son would be a better waiter and he is only 5 years old. The waitress took our order, brought our drinks and never came back till our food came and then dropped the food and said flag me down if you need something. Okay I understand flag me down if you need something IF it is busy BUT we were the only table she was waiting on and there was only one other couple eating in the whole resturant. She never returned to the dining area so I had to go find her to ask for more drinks and some to-go boxes. I found our waitress in the lobby with the other waitress and the hostess talking. The food was marginal and when she asked how the food was I said "ok" and she never asked what the issue was. We will not be going back there.

Visiting from California and my friend brought me to this great place. The ambiance is great, the service was excellent, and the pizza.... Oh my! The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and had a flavor, not like the tasteless crusts I stay away from. The best part? The flavorful, beautiful, GOOD pizza was not greasy and didn't leave my stomach feeling heavy. I will definitely be back before I go home!!

Unfortunately Google reviews for this restaurant are much better than those here on Yelp. I will never try a new restaurant again without using Yelp again. This place is horrible! We ordered delivery and in short, the burger was barely seasoned, the fries were soggy, and the $6 tiramisu was maybe three bites. And this is just my meal; my boyfriend said everything he ate (meatballs and baked ravioli) was "really okay". The worst part is that our miserable meal was $50! The bread isn't even Safeway bakery quality. Instead they use packaged hoagie bread for sliders! 100% overpriced and gross. The only thing I liked (tiramisu) was ridiculously small.

We've been looking for a good pizza place in Prescott Valley. This fits the bill. The pizza was very very tasty. The toppings were fresh and plentiful and the crust was tasty and delicious! I'm the worst critic when it comes to pizza, especially the crust. I was very pleasantly pleased with our pizza and the service. The restaurant is large, clean and cozy. Price was very reasonable. We'll definitely be back! We've tried Guidos and Guidos pizza tasted like it come out of a frozen box so we don't go there.

The food here is good there is no doubt about that but the service is absolutely horrid. I would rather get my food to go then deal with the service there again. The waitress was absolutely rude we asked her what beer she had and she said "a lot" and stared at us we asked if she had any apple ale and she said no we said okay bud light she said " well we're discontinuing are apple ale" we said okay bud light " she then said " I'll see if we have an apple ale left" again we said okay if not bud light. Well that took forever. Also while ordering we put a Togo order in so we can bring it home for some one well she said " well if it's Togo you can order that later." I said no I'm going to order it now and bring it to me whenever. She got All huffy and puffy and said IM JUST MAKING EASIER ON THE KITCHEN. I TOLD her just put it in they will no what to do.

Ordered pizza delivery. I travel the country. On the road every week different city. I like to try local hoping for something special. Service was great and on time despite the bad reviews. The pie, however, was just ok warm and dry. Would not try again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I should have paid attention to the other reviewers but my hunger took over my better judgment. I took the whole family out to Encanto grill with the anticipation of eating some of their yummy wings. Upon our arrival we noticed 3 young teens working at the front counter and they greeted us imminently. I noticed the restaurant was dead however our party of 5 was escorted to the back/bar. We were given our menus and our waitress walked away. Skip to 10 minutes later, still no waitress, umm hello did you forget about us!? We looked around for someone that worked there but no one to be found. We decided we were there long enough and got up to leave. No one even seemed to care that we got up as well. Well needless to say we made our way to our favorite and "sure thing" place to eat - Streets of New York. P.S. You suck Encanto Grill!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
